  • Employees can visit their private Thumbscore site accessible through their benefits platform. Once it's active, employees will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to access it. They can also find guidance in their financial education emails.

  • Rest assured, employee data is kept safe, secure, and private within your platform. After completing the Thumbscore assessment, information remains protected with a SOC 2 Type 2 provider, and it's transmitted and stored using end-to-end encryption.
